You are granted a free 30 day license for use of Grizzly, starting from the date of receipt, after which time Grizzly must be registered with Adam Winiecki. Under no circumstances may the software be used beyond the free 30 day licensing period unless the previously stated conditions have been satisfied.
If you can't afford $15 or feel like Grizzly doesn't compare with some commercial games you have seen, then just send me something rather than nothing at all. If you cannot send an American check or cash, then send whatever you can manage. I'm still getting my programming techniques and graphics skills up to standards, and it will take lots and lots of support from users such as YOU to ensure that you see more and better games.
Non-profit distribution:
Unless explicitly stated in writing, Adam Winiecki does not grant permission to distribute the software for profit in any form, including but not limited to, electronic information service distribution, bulletin board distribution, and magnetic or optical medium distribution. Distribution of Grizzly in Japan in any form, for any price, including non-profit distribution, is granted solely to PC-Van and HyperCube Corporation.
Distribution on magnetic or optical media larger than 10 megabytes:
Permission must be obtained in writing from Adam Winiecki in order to distribute Grizzly on a magnetic or optical media larger than 10 megabytes (such as a CD-Rom). Conditions include providing Adam Winiecki with a copy of the media.
